Release Notes — Version 1.31

Included:
- Session is checked immediately when opening the app.
- Expired sessions go directly to sign-in, with biometric Quick Sign-in available.
- Temporary connection problems don’t unnecessarily remove the saved session.
- Silver and Gold Professional can place approved properties on Publish Hold and republish them.
- Gold Professional can delete unpublished/on-hold properties. Deletion safely archives them in Odoo.
- Privacy, password-reset, shop, property, and other website links now use working properties.raylav.net/... addresses while the app displays the public fyh.co.ke brand.
- Publish Hold properties no longer incorrectly show “Correct and resubmit.”
